Starting on February 5, chef Janice Wong of Singapore’s well-known 2am dessert bar will bring her delectable desserts and intricate culinary art techniques on-board the Eastern & Oriental Express. Wong will even host a chocolate painting workshop to introduce guests to her world of edible art in a three-night journey from Bangkok to Singapore.

Other highlights include a guided food market tour in Kanchanaburi with Thailand‘s celebrity chef, Ian Kittichai. Later, the chef returns to the train to cook up a medley of authentic Thai dishes with his unique, contemporary spin.
